Along with my
blog I write a column for author of 18 cookbooks and teacher Jane Butel's online cooking club, "Cooking with Jane." In February I will be speaking with Jane at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. While she teaches about the health properties of chili, I will discuss what wines go best with it.
