This is a new soft-cover guide to the wines of New Mexico. It contains detailed how-to-taste notes, a history of New Mexico wines, and information on the care and storing of wine. Many wine concepts are explored to aid the wine enthusiast in discovering new wines and food and wine pairings to set hearts aflutter. Detailed summaries of New Mexico wineries and tasting rooms are provided along with a listing and description of the most common wine grapes.
