The Desperate Men of Lincoln County: Hammond is currently working on a new book about the Lincoln County Wars of the late 1870's in New Mexico. Publication planned for the spring of 2008. The main characters include Wm. Bonney aka Billy the Kid and Dick Brewer, a tragic hero of the conflict.
The Wines of New Mexico: Renaissance in the High Desert: A new book on NM wines and profiles of the men and women behind New Mexico's emerging wine industry.
Murder Among the Scrolls: An historical mystery set in Israel today and at the time of Christ that revolves around the Dead Sea Scrolls and newly emerging information from the scrolls that will have earth-shaking repercussions. Publication planned for 2009.
The Burren Weeps: A novel that will be adapted into a screenplay about murder most Irish set against the turbullent 1990's in Ireland.
